Spreed Reading Web Style

This is a video about a really, really (I mean really) simple web based tool called Spreeder. You just copy and paste text into it and it displays the words at the speed you require. It can be used in so many ways especially if you have a computer and projector in the classroom. The kids found it such a fun way to read.

This started as a quick 30 second video but as we used the tool for different sessions in the classroom there was more footage. I’m not too sure about putting the tool demo in the middle like I have. I’m trying to get feedback on whether this works for viewers or just ends up being distracting.
